How do I pay?
Our website is powered by Mal's e-commerce which provides a robust and secure shopping cart experience. Payments are ultimately processed through Paypal. We accept Paypal accounts, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and E-Check. It’s just that easy! Sorry, but we do not accept physical checks, money orders, or orders over the phone at this time. California residents have to pay sales tax.

What's the story with shipping?
We ship all of our shirts through USPS. Please allow at most a week for domestic shipping. For those of you oversees please allow anywhere up to 3 weeks for delivery. All of our shipping costs are flat rates. This means order as many tees as you want, and we'll still only charge you one rate! Sweet!

Domestic US first class - $5.  
International shipping - $10.  
(For International orders additional taxes may apply depending on your geographic locations).

What size tee should I get?
We print all of our shirts on American Apparel. These are some of the nicest, and highest quality shirts out there. They do have a “youthful fit” and are form fitting so you may want to order a size up. Additionally, they've been known to shrink about a half size after the first wash! Please check out the size chart below (and on each product page) to see the size that will best fit you.

Crap! I need to exchange my tee.
Is your shirt a little too tight? Is something wrong with it cosmetically? Are you perpetually dissatisfied? We’ve got you covered. Please contact us within 14 days after purchasing your shirt for instructions. Shirts must be clean, unworn, unwashed and in original condition to be eligible for an exchange. Shirts will only be exchanged for another size or design. For exchange info please contact orders@highfidelitees.com.

I want to keep my information private.
Listen, we're not giving away any private or personal information about you to any other parties. We get enough info to send out your order and that's it. Paypal does the rest. Now that's security.

Who designed your awesome website?
We had the good fortune to team up with Jon Hensley (jonhensley.com), and he helped bring our vision to life. Since then we've gussied it up in-house.

I have a cool design!
So you think you have a pretty cool design huh?  Submit it to us and we’ll see if we can use it.  If we like it we will offer $100 per print-ready design.  If we do not get back to you it probably means that it isn’t quite our style, but keep submitting.  Email concepts to fans@highfidelitees.com.
